The Context

Kush Services is a community-driven Non-Profit Organization (NPO) doing critical work for vulnerable populations in the region. For NPOs, a website serves a dual purpose: it must be a welcoming, easy-to-use resource for individuals seeking help, and a compelling, professional platform to attract grants and donors.

The Disconnect

Their previous digital infrastructure was hindering their mission:

  • Accessibility Barriers: The site was difficult to read and navigate for users with visual impairments or those using older mobile devices.
  • Hidden from the Community: A lack of localized "Mission SEO" meant that people actively searching for support services couldn't easily find them online.
  • Fragmented Storytelling: The impact of their work wasn't clearly communicated, making it difficult to convert website visitors into active donors or volunteers.

The Execution

Socialize Me rebuilt their digital presence to be as inclusive and impactful as the organization itself.

1. Accessible Architecture

We built a fully WCAG-compliant website. This included high-contrast modes, legible typography, mobile-responsive layouts, and clear navigation paths for individuals seeking immediate assistance.

2. Mission-Driven SEO

We optimized the site content to rank for the exact terms vulnerable populations search for in times of need, while simultaneously optimizing donor-facing pages to capture local philanthropy searches.
